What you do
You will join the Energy/Power Manager-Core team and develop software that runs on thousands of IoT devices
You solve challenges related to monitoring and interoperability with external modules/components
You utilize system design concepts to enhance the stability, scalability and reliability of the application
You understand and solve unique challenges related to applications running on resource-limited IoT devices
You work with an Agile team and lead projects and features as an independent contributor or in a smaller group of developers
You advocate for software development excellence and quality and drive best practices across teams
Who you are
Ideally, you have more than five years of industry experience in System Design, Software Development, and/or DevOps
You have good hands-on knowledge of Linux and microservices architecture.
You are familiar with application and network debugging
You are very comfortable at a Unix terminal
You can design, implement, test, and deploy applications written in Python or Rust with an emphasis on test-driven development
You are familiar with CI/CD frameworks
You have an interest in mentoring, presenting on technical topics to the team and at conferences
You are a team player and have fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
You get excited about a wide range of technical topics and delve deeper into them
You have a university degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or have a proven practical background
