What you do
You lead a team of talented SW engineers. Your team's focus is on developing full-stack solutions to control and interlink Electric Vehicle Charging Processes.
- Design, plan and implement information and infrastructure systems to support business strategies by interacting with assets as well as users
- Supervise, mentor & scale the team
- Put emphasis on security, stability and scalability as well as on quality measures such as TDD
- Interact with peers and cross-functional colleagues to fullfil our joint mission towards #NorthStar
Who you are
- Great communication skills, oral and verbal
- Proven in leading SW engineering team(s) in Agile ecosystems
- Keen to mentor & develop your tech team members to more than just software engineers
- Strong analytical skills and a desire to learn new concepts and technologies and apply them. Strong attitude to take ownership and responsibility
- Ability to think and act outside of the box
- You are able to approach problems systematically and are able to develop creative solutions
- Ideally, you are familiar with our industry and have gained good knowledge on the OCPP standard and future trends
