Protection against high currents and short circuits - circuit breakers (LS)
Every charging station must have its own power circuit. The circuit breaker protects the installation against excess current and short circuits. This makes it safe for you to charge your electric car. Each charging station must be protected by an FI. Details about when you need a residual current device (FI / RCD), which types of residual current circuit breakers are available, and how to choose, can be found here.
