Shipping costs and delivery times for goods
For the delivery time of your order, please refer to the individual product details. We deliver for free within Germany and Austria with UPS (excluding stands). For all other countries we levy a one-time flat rate shipping cost per order regardless of order size and value of goods (excluding stands). Upon request we ship during the next working day if we receive the order until 2 p.m. latest. We offer the express shipping within Germany and Austria. We only ship to the following countries. The shipping fee will be calculated as shown in the following table.

The customer must pay the import turnover tax and also a tariff rate for goods with an intrinsic value of min. €150. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

There are no additional fees when ordering a service. Once your order has been received, a qualified electrician will contact you within three business days to schedule an appointment with you. If you would then like to postpone the appointment, you can contact us on +49 (0) 89 4161430 70.

| Invoice | If your billing and shipping address is in Germany, Austria or Switzerland you can pay by invoice without any additional fees. You will receive an invoice when the goods are delivered. The open invoice amount is to be paid within 14 days to the bank account indicated on the invoice. |
| Leasing | Pay conveniently quarterly leasing rates. In cooperation with our partner GRENKELEASING AG, Georg-Brauchle-Ring 58, we offer our commercial customers the option of leasing all products and services. Leasing is possible from an acquisition price of €500 net with a flexible leasing period between 24 and 48 months.
