Special Features when Charging Your Audi e-tron:

Audi also wants to get into the pole position in the move towards electric cars and announced the Audi e-tron starting in Q1 of 2019. The e-tron, designed for everyday use as well as longer adventures, has an electric driving range of 400 km according to the WLTC driving cycle. This may vary depending on a number of parameters, such as your driving behaviour, the season and the use of the air conditioning system. The 95 kWh battery can be charged using a 22 kW wallbox and the Audi e-tron takes just 4.5 hours to charge fully. If you do not yet have a wallbox, you can charge your Audi e-tron from a separately fused domestic socket at 2.3 kW using a mode 2 charging cable. For safety reasons, however, you should avoid doing this in the long term, since charging your car from a domestic socket will place the maximum load on the socket for approximately 42 hours. You can charge your Audi e-tron safely from a wallbox.
