Product Manager Bidi Home (m/f/d)

We’re creating a bidirectional charging solution that doesn’t just power your car—it transforms your home into a sustainable, income-generating energy hub, the “Bidi Home”. You’ll lead the product development and take it to market, working hands-on with customers, partners, and teams across Europe, the US, and Asia. This is not a “sit behind the desk” product role—you’ll be out there testing, pitching, and building something that truly moves the needle for the energy transition.

• Play a key role in the international market entry of a bidirectional charging solution that turns our customers’ homes into a sustainable, income-generating energy hub
• Own the product end-to-end, ensuring a perfect product–market fit by refining the value proposition, pricing, and competitive positioning.
• Speak directly to potential customers, uncover their needs, and shape solutions they love.
• Own the product roadmap and oversee the product development process
• Oversee product marketing and support identifying and approaching sales channels- personally engaging in high-impact sales pitches.

• Successfully completed university degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any energy-related field
• Several years of experience in the energy industry.
• Minimum 3 years as a product manager or product owner—ideally in e-mobility or EV charging.
• Proven track record in product management for consumer markets, including requirements engineering and agile methods.
• Strong empathy for customers and the ability to think from their perspective.
• The ability to keep the big picture in mind while managing competing priorities.
• Hands-on, proactive approach and ability to work independently.
• Fluency in German & English.
