The Mobility House, the hardware-agnostic charging solutions provider, arranges an integrated service for supplying both buildings and charging stations with green power on request: In addition to a charging infrastructure for electric cars custom-made by The Mobility House, interested customers can also receive a green electricity or tenant electricity supply from Polarstern that’s adapted to the building. The two companies are optimally coordinating their individual services to create an all-round electromobility service: As a charging solutions expert, The Mobility House accompanies the customer from planning through to installation of the charging infrastructure. Polarstern supplements the service with certified green electricity and, depending on the customer’s requirements, also acts as the charging infrastructure operator.

The two companies are counted among the pioneers in their respective fields and have pursued and promoted the vision of a sustainable energy and mobility future since they were established. As a solutions provider for all things related to charging, The Mobility House has already sold / installed more than 60,000 charging points – from simple wallboxes for domestic carports, to complex systems in underground parking garages of apartment buildings with several power-hungry electric vehicles.

"We are looking forward to working with The Mobility House to promote cross-sector energy concepts to reduce CO 2 emissions and cut energy costs for building occupants."

Jan-Peter Tholen,

Polarstern

The charging solution can also be integrated into the existing building energy supply with photovoltaic installations, combined heat and power plants and stationary battery storage systems in tenant electricity models. To ensure that the mains connection can be used efficiently and cost-effectively in larger installations, the hardware-agnostic Charging and Energy Management system ChargePilot® by The Mobility House controls the individual charging processes in a smart and automatic way.

"Through our partnership with Polarstern, interested parties will now receive a simple and flexible all-inclusive package – ranging from initial and funding-related consultations, to the charging infrastructure and installation, right up to systems operation."

Matthias Suttner, Partner Manager ,

The Mobility House

Fully in line with their corporate philosophies, both partners focus on scalability and independence from manufacturers in their services, guaranteeing maximum flexibility in future expansion stages.
