The Mobility House implements an online shop for wallboxes for EnBW

February 15, 2024|Munich, Zurich

  • EnBW partners with The Mobility House to offer a new online shop for wallboxes, including services, to its nationwide private customer segment in Germany.
  • The Mobility House complements the portfolio through product selection, storage, efficient order processing, and over 14 years of experience in electromobility.
  • The Mobility House’s white-label offering enables not only EnBW but also other businesses such as car dealerships and municipal utilities to quickly and cost-effectively establish an online shop for e-mobility with their own branding.

The Mobility House and EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG, one of the largest energy companies in Germany and Europe, announce their partnership in the e-mobility sector. EnBW, in collaboration with The Mobility House, offers selected wallboxes for private customers in Germany through its new online shop. With this white-label solution, The Mobility House enables the cost-effective and quick setup of an e-mobility online shop. The company also provides this expertise to additional partners. The offering includes support in selecting charging stations, storage, efficient order processing, and expertise gained from over 14 years of experience in electromobility.

Collaboration for comprehensive solutions – from charging infrastructure to expert consultation

As part of the collaboration, EnBW customers can utilize The Mobility House's installation check, in addition to charging stations from leading manufacturers. During installation check, qualified electricians assess the electrical requirements of the home network and document all measures for a tailored proposal for the compliant installation of the wallbox.

An outstanding feature of the collaboration with EnBW is the initial integration of The Mobility House's online shop. The technology company supports EnBW in customer communication and invoicing. Companies can also customize the shop to their branding, thereby enhancing their offering and the overall customer experience. Adjustments are made according to market developments and customer needs.

"Our focus is fundamentally on our customers. EnBW's offerings must meet their needs and satisfy their demands. Thanks to our new partnership, they can now benefit from the proven expertise of The Mobility House in the private charging solutions and digital shop concepts sector."

This optimizes EnBW's offerings for a connected energy world and complements suitable power products with The Mobility House's offering.

"We offer simple products related to energy and connected applications from a single source – from PV systems and storage solutions to electricity and heat, to the wallbox for their electric car and on-the-go charging with EnBW mobility+."

"The increasing number of electric cars in Germany is leading to a growing demand for consultation and products in the field of electromobility. Many companies in energy supply and third-party providers are therefore facing the challenge of offering their customers comprehensive solutions in this area. With our white-label offering, we provide additional resources in the fields of logistics and IT. This way, we, together with our partners, tackle these challenges and meet the needs of customers in this dynamic sector. We are excited about the steadily growing number of partnerships in this area."
