The Mobility House today announces that The Mobility House Solutions, Germany's leading B2B fleet electrification player, will be acquired by Edenred. Completion of the transaction is expected in Q3 2026.
The Mobility House Solutions develops, implements and operates turnkey charging infrastructure solutions for commercial fleets and is the developer behind ChargePilot®, one of the world's leading charge and energy management systems. The company today serves over 5,000 customers and more than 2,500 actively managed fleet depots and employs around 60 people.
The right partner at the right time
The market for commercial fleet electrification is growing rapidly and is simultaneously entering a phase of consolidation. The Mobility House is seizing this window of opportunity to transfer The Mobility House Solutions to a strong, focused owner capable of fully capitalising on market growth.
Edenred, with over 300,000 corporate clients across Europe and Latin America and one of the world's leading global B2B mobility service providers, brings the commercial reach, infrastructure and scaling power that The Mobility House Solutions needs for its next growth phase.
ChargePilot® – Technology leadership in Europe and beyond
As part of the transaction, Edenred acquires ChargePilot® as the leading charge and energy management system, except for North America and APAC, where The Mobility House, supported by strong teams in Belmont, Montreal and Singapore, retains its development and distribution.
The Mobility House: Sharper focus on energy and Vehicle-to-Grid
For The Mobility House Group, this strategic step marks a further sharpening of focus: the company is aligning even more strongly with its energy business, in particular Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G), stationary storage, and the aggregation and real-time marketing of battery flexibilities on the energy markets.
The transaction also encompasses a commercial partnership with The Mobility House Energy GmbH, whose flexibility aggregation and energy trading capabilities enable Edenred to offer fleet operators a unique proposition: turning their electric fleet into an intelligent energy asset that generates revenue while vehicles are parked.
Continuity for customers, partners and employees
The Mobility House Solutions will operate going forward as Edenred e-Mobility GmbH. The brand presence under The Mobility House Solutions and ChargePilot® will be fully retained. For customers and employees, day-to-day operations remain unchanged: all existing contracts remain in place, customers will continue to receive the same service, and services will be delivered as before. The team remains based at The Mobility House office in Munich. The Mobility House Charging division – which serves private customers, specialist partners and resellers with tailored charging solutions and wallbox products – remains fully within The Mobility House Group, along with all other group business units such as The Mobility House North America.
"The acquisition of TMH Solutions significantly strengthens our position in the electromobility market for B2B clients, particularly in supporting private and semi-private charging needs, with the installation of charging points at workplaces and depots. It enables Edenred to expand its presence across the electromobility value chain and to fully address B2B fleet managers’ needs in the electrification of their fleets. We are delighted to welcome TMH Solutions’ team to Edenred and look forward to having them on board to broaden our offering to our clients."
Diane Coliche,
Global Chief Operating Officer Mobility, Edenred
"I am extraordinarily proud of our team, who have built The Mobility House Solutions into the leading provider in commercial fleet electrification. Together with Edenred's unmatched reach and commercial access, our expertise and technology will take this business to the next level across Europe. For us at The Mobility House, this creates the opportunity to focus even more on the mission we have believed in from day one: turning every parked EV into a decentralised power plant and building a future where clean, affordable energy is available to everyone."
Thomas Raffeiner,
CEO and Founder, The Mobility House
"Focus and a clear, rapidly scalable business model that the entire team is aligned behind are essential prerequisites for a startup like The Mobility House to further expand its technological leadership, especially in V2G with electric vehicles, and create lasting value. We want to become the next-generation energy provider for households and vehicles, supplying them with energy at previously unimaginable low cost. Focus is indispensable to achieving that. "
"The sale of our successful fleet and charging solutions business to Edenred will make us significantly faster and more efficient at our core. That is exactly what is needed in a competition that is only just beginning. With Edenred, our successful team around Heiko Bayer, our technology solutions and our customers are gaining a capable, powerful and committed new owner who intends to vigorously expand our existing activities in this field."
