Local Roots: Montréal Office, Growing Team & French Canadian Website
The Mobility House has proudly supported fleet customers across Canada since our expansion in 2019 to North America from Munich, Germany. By September 2024, we planted our flag in Montréal's dynamic Mile-End neighborhood, establishing a collaborative workspace that's become the heartbeat of our Canadian footprint. The education and resources from Montréal International played a meaningful role in this decision, from valuable introductions across the ecosystem to clearer insights on government programs. Their support, along with incentives and government-funded programs available through Investissement Québec, made this location a no-brainer for our second North American HQ.
Now, one year later, with a dedicated local team of 12 employees focused on providing customer support and driving product innovation, we're on the ground, delivering solutions that work for Canadian transit operators, fleet managers, and communities alike. And, we are still growing. Check our Careers page for our latest job openings.
We don't just speak the language of innovation, we speak yours. On top of our five other locales, our French-Canadian website was launched specifically for the Québec audience, underlining our dedication to building meaningful, localized partnerships across the province.

Supporting Québec's Electrification Ambitions
Québec is leading the way for Canada's transit transformation, setting records
with initiatives such as the Association du Transport Urbain du Québec's
(ATUQ) order of 1,229 electric buses from Nova Bus. The Mobility House is on
the front lines, enabling strategic electrification for transit agencies and
fleets across the province. By integrating real solutions at scale, we help
turn these ambitious goals into operational success stories, one electric bus,
van, or fleet at a time.
And this year, The Mobility House was
honored to be selected by Société de transport de Montréal (STM) along with
our partners at ABB E-Mobility to provide charging infrastructure for their
growing fleet of electric buses.

Pioneering a Logistics Feat at a Canadian Airport
Electrification challenges don't stop at public transit, and neither do we. The Mobility House recently delivered a solution for a global logistics hub at a Canadian international airport, where tight schedules and limited grid capacity demand creative thinking and cutting edge technology. Using ChargePilot® with automated load management (ALM) and site-integrated load management (SILM), we enabled this critical site to charge its medium-duty delivery fleet without grid overloads, even during unpredictable demand surges.
It's a proof point for how our technology can unlock new possibilities for sustainability and reliability for Canada's most demanding fleet applications. Discover more about this project.
