ChargePilot® now includes an Automated Recovery System to help reduce downtime and speed up issue resolution. When a charging issue is intelligently detected, the system's automation will attempt a recovery after 6 minutes, check again at 12 minutes, and, if still unresolved, send the user an error notification.
Automatic recovery won’t solve every issue, but it provides a strong first line of troubleshooting to keep your operations running smoothly with less manual intervention.
