What you do
  • You own the go-to-market strategy for our home energy products (especially our smart energy tariff “eyond”) across all B2C channels.
  • You translate product features into clear, compelling value propositions, messaging, and storytelling tailored to different customer segments.
  • You deeply understand our customers by leveraging user research, data insights, and market trends, and turn those into actionable marketing strategies.
  • You define and continuously refine customer journeys, positioning, and pricing communication to maximize conversion and retention in collaboration with our product designer
  • You collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Growth, and Marketing to align on launches, campaigns, and product improvements.
  • You create and optimize high-impact content and assets (e.g. website, landing pages, email flows, sales enablement materials).
  • You build and establish a scalable setup that enables us to rapidly launch, test, and iterate marketing assets
  • You monitor market developments and competitors in the energy and e-mobility space, feeding insights back into product strategy.
  • You define and track KPIs (e.g. acquisition, activation, retention, conversion) and run experiments (A/B testing, messaging tests) to continuously improve performance.
  • You enable internal teams with clear positioning, messaging frameworks, and sales materials.
Who you are
  • You hold a university degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • You bring 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or B2C Marketing, ideally in energy or e-mobility.
  • You have hands-on experience with go-to-market strategies, product launches, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • You are skilled at turning complex products into simple, engaging, and conversion-driven messaging.
  • You think and act data-driven, with experience in analytics, experimentation, and performance optimization.
  • You are passionate about energy transition, smart homes, and electromobility.
  • You are proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • You bring a hands-on mindset and enjoy both strategic thinking and execution.
  • You are familiar with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Confluence, Figma (or similar).
  • You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
