What you do
- Pioneer the first commercial and fully energy market integrated V2G charging solution
- Supervise and coordinate all technical and regulatory aspects related to bidirectional EV charging hardware and software development including interoperability testing
- Drive and coordinate requirements engineering around bidirectional charging and building energy management
- Interact with and coordinate our internal stakeholders as well as external consultants and suppliers
- Architectural integration of charging hardware into our smart charging ecosystem
- Embrace KPI-driven development in a small team spread around the globe
Who you are
- A proven track record in leading and coordinating development of EV charging solutions, ideally on a solution design or architecture level
- Experience in Controlling and Financial Reporting of development activities
- Profound knowledge of the processual and regulatory requirements of (bi-directional) EV charging (Europe and global)
- Significant previous exposure to common problems of controlling dynamic loads behind-the-meter
- Fluent English skills are an advantage
- Proven leadership skills to excel in a fast-evolving environment, embracing #zerozero
